Finance Minister Dr. Cassiel Ato Forson disclosed that government’s new digital system for collecting Value Added Tax (VAT) from non-resident platforms is expected to generate about GH¢2.3 billion in its first full year of operation.

He says that for Ghanaians to appreciate the current situation, they need to remember where the country was heading under the previous administration.
