Civic Forum Initiative To Deploy 100 Observers In NR

The Northern Regional chapter of the Civic Forum Initiative (CFI), says it will dispatch 100 local observers to some flashpoints in 10 constituencies in the region during the upcoming general elections on Friday, December 7.
