Basake Holy Stars winger Prince Tweneboah has arrived in Egypt to finalise a move to an Egyptian Premier League side, according to reports.
The 20-year-old forward, who has scored nine goals in 27 league appearances this season, has been one of the most sought-after young talents in the Ghana Premier League.
Several clubs, including Hearts of Oak, Medeama SC, Aduana FC, and FC Samartex, had shown strong interest in securing his signature, but the teenager has opted for a move to North Africa.
Tweneboah's performances for Holy Stars have made him a standout performer, with his pace, creativity, and eye for goal drawing attention from across the league. His departure marks a significant loss for the club, who have lost one of their key attacking assets.
The forward is now expected to complete the formalities of his move and be officially unveiled by his new club in the coming days.
The transfer represents a major step in the teenager's career as he looks to continue his development in Egyptian football
