Ghanaian midfielder Lawrence Ofori endured a difficult evening on Monday as Casa Pia suffered a heavy 7-0 defeat to Benfica in the Portuguese Primeira Liga.
Ofori, 28, scored an own goal in the 58th minute as Benfica produced a dominant display to condemn Casa Pia to another defeat at the start of the new league campaign.

The Ghanaian midfielder has now featured in both of Casa Pia's league matches this season.
Benfica took control of the match from the early stages and opened the scoring after just three minutes through Gianluca Prestianni.
Rafa Silva doubled the advantage in the 14th minute before Vangelis Pavlidis took over after the break.
The Greek striker scored three times in the space of seven minutes, finding the net in the 47th, 49th and 54th minutes to put Benfica 5-0 ahead.
Ofori then inadvertently turned the ball into his own net in the 58th minute as Casa Pia's difficult night continued.
Jhon Duran completed the scoring three minutes later to seal a comprehensive 7-0 victory for Benfica.
The own goal capped a frustrating night for Ofori, who had made a positive individual impression in Casa Pia's opening league fixture against Maritimo.
Despite his side narrowly losing that match, the midfielder received a rating of 7.1 for his performance.
Ofori will now hope to put Monday's difficult outing behind him and help Casa Pia find their first victory of the season in their next league match.
