Salamu Amadu (2nd L) with Blakk Rasta (3rd R) during the sod-cutting ceremony
President of Afro-Arab Group, Alhaji Salamu Amadu, has cut the sod for the construction of a new 30-unit, three-bedroom housing project at Community 22 Annex in Accra.
The project, being developed by Afro-Arab Properties, will be named in honour of renowned Ghanaian broadcaster and musician Blakk Rasta.
The development is aimed at making homeownership more accessible through a flexible payment plan. Prospective homeowners can start with GH?10,000 and make gradual payments until they reach the required 40 per cent down payment.
After paying the 40 per cent, buyers can move into their new three-bedroom homes and pay the remaining balance over five years without interest.
As part of the package, homeowners will also receive a brand-new electric vehicle (EV).
Afro-Arab Properties says the initiative is not just about building houses, but about creating communities and providing people with a practical and affordable path to homeownership.
The company is inviting interested individuals and families to take advantage of the opportunity and secure their homes under the new payment arrangement.
